Former BravoTV Top Chef Timothy Dean will be available for interviews. According to Chef Dean, “I’m glad our restaurant can be a part of the Mission’s efforts to help folks in our neighborhood. When we all do a little bit together, we can make a big difference.”
Mission Executive Director David Treadwell commented, “We can’t wait to meet our other NoMa neighbors at TD Burger on Do More 24 day. Please stop by and say hello! You’ll enjoy your delicious lunch and know that for your gift of $2.09, someone at the Mission can have lunch, too.”
Do More 24 is a 24-hour event for United Way and its participants. United Way donors provide funds for many of the city’s non-profits, including Central Union Mission. For more Do More 24 information, visit domore24.org.
